Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, you can contact us via contact@spoor52.be. Please note: returns must be sent to the following address: Kruiskerkestraat 6 - 8755 Wingene (Belgium). The customer is responsible for the return shipment of the purchased item.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you. Exceptions/items that cannot be returned. Certain types of items cannot be returned; this concerns items that have been customized to the customer's wishes to such an extent that they can no longer be considered 'standard'.

 

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our items, exchanges are not possible.

 

14-day period in the EU 'right of withdrawal'
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without giving reasons. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know whether the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
