Shipping policy

Part 1: Responsibility for custom and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Part 2: Delivery times of goods ordered
After receiving your order, goods are packed and shipped within 7 working days. Depending on the destination country, you can expect your delivery within 10 to 30 days after placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs due to customs and/or imports. All communicated delivery schedules are solely an indication.

 

Part 3: Proposed third party shipping company
All purchases are shipped via shipping company proposed by the seller. If the buyer has specific requirements regarding shipments, these must be indicated before placing orders. Communicating specific requirements afterwards, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the extra services in proportion to any additional requirements. If the buyer himself is responsible for the shipment or collection of the purchased goods, we as seller cannot be held liable for any damage or loss.

 

Part 4 - Liability for errors
As a seller, we cannot be held liable for incomplete or incorrect data transmitted when placing orders. If changes are communicated too late and goods have already been issued for delivery, the buyer bears responsibility for this. We do not proactively contact the buyer to verify details. We assume that the data transmitted is correct and complete.

 

Part 5 - Your data and privacy
When placing an order, we ask for certain data in order to process your order correctly (name, mail, phone number and address). This data is only used for billing and shipping purposes. Your data will not be further used or employed for marketing purposes. If your order was placed via a third-party platform, we refer to their applied data and privacy policy. Your data will only be shared with third parties for transport and delivery purposes or with administrative/accounting service providers

 

Part 6 - EU right of withdrawal
If you wish to invoke your right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned within 14 days of written notification. As seller, the amount due will be transferred within the 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or written proof of shipment. The right of withdrawal expires when the goods were modified to the customer’s wishes and customised goods are involved.
